Mood Board Magic Ambassador Program
Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Mood Board Magic Ambassador Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation and outline how commissions, content submissions, and rewards are handled.
Eligibility
The Program is open to both new and existing Mood Board Magic subscribers.
Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where affiliate commissions and PayPal rebates are legally allowed.
Commissions & Payouts
Ambassadors earn 50% recurring commission on every referred subscription made via their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are paid via PayPal only, on a monthly basis, after the referral’s payment has been successfully processed.
If a referred subscriber cancels within the trial period or requests a refund, the commission is voided for that referral.
Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring their PayPal email address is accurate within the affiliate portal.
UGC Content Submissions & Free Access Rewards
Ambassadors may submit User-Generated Content (UGC) in the form of videos or Instagram Reels to earn 3 months free access to Mood Board Magic for each accepted piece of content.
To qualify, submitted content must meet the following criteria:
Minimum length: 15 seconds
Clear audio and video quality
Must feature Mood Board Magic in action, a personal review, or a creative use case (a content idea guide will be provided after sign-up)
May be filmed as vertical video (Reel/TikTok style) or horizontal video
Must be original content created by the Ambassador (no stock footage or AI-generated content)
Accepted content will be considered User-Generated Content (UGC) and may be used by Mood Board Magic in perpetuity (with no expiration date) across all marketing channels, including but not limited to:
The Mood Board Magic website
Social media platforms
Paid advertisements
Email campaigns
Promotional materials
Whenever possible, credit will be given to the original creator when the content is used.
By submitting content, Ambassadors grant Mood Board Magic the right to edit, crop, resize, caption, and otherwise modify the content to fit different platforms, campaigns, or marketing needs.
Rewards for accepted content are provided as a PayPal rebate equal to 3 months of Mood Board Magic’s current subscription price.
Ambassadors may submit up to 4 pieces of content per calendar year for free access rewards (totaling up to 12 months free per year).
All rebates are processed via PayPal and issued within 30 days of content approval.
Promotional Guidelines
Ambassadors are encouraged to share their affiliate link through:
Social media posts and stories
Blog posts and website banners
Email newsletters to their audience
Direct recommendations to fellow photographers
Ambassadors may not:
Run paid ads directly using their affiliate link
Use spammy, misleading, or dishonest tactics to promote Mood Board Magic
Make false claims about features, pricing, or results
Mood Board Magic reserves the right to revoke affiliate status and withhold commissions if promotional activities violate these guidelines.
Program Changes & Termination
Mood Board Magic reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time, including changes to commission rates, eligibility criteria, or content requirements.
If the Program is discontinued, all valid commissions earned before termination will still be paid according to the regular payout schedule.
Intellectual Property
Approved Mood Board Magic logos, graphics, and promotional materials will be made available inside the affiliate portal for optional use.
All Mood Board Magic trademarks, logos, branding, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Mood Board Magic.
Liability
Ambassadors are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings and rebates in their country of residence.
Mood Board Magic is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by participating Ambassadors.
Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the Ambassador and Mood Board Magic.
Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Violating these terms may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions and rewards.
